If you wish to add value to the property that you are putting on the market, or to trying to find your perfect tenant quicker, then renting furniture for viewings is a great option. Below are some key points and steps of how the process works.
Why Furnish Your Property With Us
It can take a while to find tenants. This process can take longer if the house is unfurnished because it provides less motivation for potential tenants. Without being able to picture where they would sleep, work, or unwind, prospective tenants may find it difficult to see themselves living on your property.
By renting furniture for your property, you are not only preventing furniture from going to landfills but also reducing the property's void time.
1. Furniture Selection
Selecting your furniture is the first step in preparing your home for visitors. Although all of our furniture is used, that does not imply it is unattractive or unusable. We take great care in choosing furniture that lives up to our standards. If it does not, we upcycle it to the point where it looks practically brand new.

Remember, we are a furnishing service, not a furniture company, so the furniture you select may not always be the design style desired.

2. Delivery and Assembly

Once you have accepted your quote, you will then need to select a delivery date for your package.
​
Our team will then take care of delivering and assembling the furniture on your property.
3. Property Viewings
The furniture will then remain in your property for the void time while viewings are underway.

If during this process you require extra or less furniture, you can contact us so we can reassign your package.
4. Tenants Move In
When the tenants move in, you have two options:

Cancel Subscription
If the tenants decide they would rather leave the property unfurnished, then contact us so we can arrange a collection date. After our team has disassembled and picked up the furniture, your subscription will end.

Continue Subscription
In the event the tenants do decide that they would like your property furnished with the current furniture, you can either carry on your subscription or pass it on to the tenants, and we can set up a new subscription with them.​
Also, let us know if you or your tenants require extra or less furniture so we can reassort your package.
5. Tenants Move Out
When the tenants move out, you have two options:

Cancel Subscription
In the event that you no longer wish to continue your subscription, contact us so we can arrange a collection date. After our team has disassembled and picked up the furniture, your subscription will end.

Continue Subscription
Supposing you would like to continue your subscription, you can either continue with current furniture at a discounted price; however, if you would rather a new set of furniture, contact us so we can arrange for a day to swap your old furniture for new.
